  • Reading professional development books gives me knowledge and helps me think in new ways. I’m currently reading, The Source: The Secrets of the Universe, the Science of the Brain, Tara Swart MD, PhD. (And, I always have another text in the queue!)
  • Writing, researching, and marketing my blog, Gratitude Grace Glamour, is my passion project and it makes me feel more like me!
  • Practicing yoga and meditating are foundational elements of my life. They elevate me and keep me centered, grounded, confident, and calm.
  • Spending time outdoors in nature is a daily activity for me. I walk to a nearby lake everyday regardless of the weather. I look out at the water and listen to the birds and other wildlife in the area. This keeps me humble and grateful.
  • Enjoying time at home with my husband and fur babies is my happy place! I love cooking, working on a DIY project, or just watching television with my husband. This special time brings me joy, fulfillment, and helps me to truly appreciate all that we have.
  • Practicing gratitude is the most fundamental part of my day. It keeps me humble and appreciative. (Hence, the name of my blog.)
